New Resource: Insurance Data Security Law - What Is 'Non-Public Information'?

​Connecticut's Insurance Data Security Law requires non-exempt entities, including insurance agencies with more than 10 employees, to implement information security programs to protect non-public information stored on their systems. But what exactly is "non-public information"? How can you tell the difference between information you must protect and other  information ?
