Big I Connecticut Leaders Appointed to National Big “I” Committees

Big I Connecticut is proud to recognize three Connecticut insurance professionals who will lend their experience, expertise, and leadership to national committees and councils of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (the Big “I”).

Congratulations to:

Each brings a strong history of involvement and leadership to their national service.

Carillo currently serves as a director on the Big I Connecticut Board of Directors, while Pursell serves as Big I Connecticut’s national director, representing Connecticut’s independent agents within the national association.

For Kisselburgh, this appointment marks her third term serving on the Crop Insurance Subcommittee, continuing her commitment and contributions to the committee’s work.

We are especially proud to see Pursell take on an additional national leadership role as Cchair of the Council for Best Practices.

National Big “I” committees and councils bring together independent insurance professionals from across the country to share their expertise, address issues affecting agencies and consumers, and help guide the work of the association and the independent agency system.

Having Connecticut professionals at the table ensures our state’s independent insurance community is represented in those conversations.

We congratulate Colleen, Jared, and Mary on their appointments and thank them for committing their time and expertise to our industry.
