About
Carl is a graduate of Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business where he majored in Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing. He joined Shimkus, Murphy & Lemkuil, Inc. in 2018 as the 4th generation of family ownership and has since grown their well-established book 3-fold while expanding their reach to all 50 states. He also has been involved as an advisor and consultant to multiple Insurtech startups since 2020.
Having grown up in Maine, Carl is an avid outdoorsman and full-time father of two adventurous young daughters that keeps him busy. He uses his small business knowledge to help his commercial customers find the coverage that’s right for their diverse array of needs.
