Max Workers’ Comp Payroll For Executive Officers Revised
The maximum payrolls used for calculating workers’ compensation insurance premiums for principals of employers are set to increase in 2025. The Workers’ Compensation insurance loss cost filing, recently approved by the Connecticut Department of Insurance, included increases for the maximum payrolls for executive officers, members of limited liability companies (LLCs,) sole proprietors, and partners.
Here are the values for each classification for 2024 and 2025:

The new values take effect on January 1, 2025.
