About
Lisa Lounsbury, CAE, AAI, AIS, is the President of Big I Connecticut, the premier trade association supporting the success of independent insurance agents in Connecticut. She also co-founded and serves as President of the Board for Catalyit, a company that helps insurance agents understand and implement technology.
Prior to joining the association, she held roles at Great American Insurance Company, where she advanced commercial lines, specialty lines, and technology integration initiatives.
Lisa has served on many industry and community boards during her career. Currently, she serves on the Northeast Board of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) Diversity Council, and the Le Moyne College McNeil Academy Advisory Board. A finance graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Lisa resides in Cazenovia, NY, with her husband, two children, and an assortment of pets.
