My favorite part of what I do is turning confusion into confidence. I love helping people understand their insurance by explaining their coverages in a way that finally makes sense. When I see the relief in a client’s eyes and hear them say, “Now I understand!” it’s incredibly rewarding. For me, it’s not about selling policies; it’s about earning trust and building relationships
