About
Steve Sadlak, CPCU, is a Partner at the Max Sadlak Agency and a third-generation insurance professional dedicated to continuing his family’s legacy in the industry. A graduate of Boston College, Steve has been recognized multiple times as a Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional by Connecticut Magazine (2011, 2013–2017, 2019, 2021–2025) and has also been named a Top 100 Agent Nationwide by State Auto.
In addition to his professional achievements, Steve has served on The Hartford’s Consumer Advocacy Agency Council and remains actively involved in industry and community organizations, including the Independent Insurance Agents of Connecticut. An Eagle Scout, he enjoys baseball, scuba diving, and hiking.
